My career path has been anything but linear, and that is exactly why I connect so deeply with the people I support. I have worked across industries, roles, and environments, including government, private sector, nonprofit, tech, and aerospace. While my experience includes organizations like Boeing, Blue Origin, and Amazon, my real career story is one of pivots, reinvention, risk, resilience, and learning how to navigate change along the way.

That perspective shapes the way I support my clients. I understand that career decisions are rarely simple, and that every professional comes with a different story, goal, and set of challenges. I have helped individuals transition from military service into the civilian workforce, supported clients entering the job market for the first time, and guided professionals who were ready for a new direction, a stronger opportunity, or a more intentional next chapter. I have also personally navigated salary conversations, relocation decisions, and career transitions across industries, so I know how important it is to have the right strategy and support.
